- While we strive for punctuality, we are not liable for disruptions due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Passengers must comply with all Western Australian health, safety, and legal requirements.
- Seatbelts must be worn in vehicles where fitted.
- Strictly NO smoking, drinking, or eating is allowed inside vehicles.
- Passengers must remain seated while the vehicle is moving.
- Placing any part of your body outside the vehicle while moving is prohibited.
- Special requests during travel are subject to driver approval.
- Bookings may be terminated if passengers behave unlawfully, threaten safety, or endanger others. Drivers may remove unruly passengers if it does not place them at risk, and may report incidents to police if necessary.
- Airport Taxi Rockingham is not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Lost items will be recorded and can be collected by appointment.
- Quotes are valid for 28 days and may vary after this period to reflect changes in fuel or government charges.
- Variations to a booking may incur additional charges.
- Payments for account holders are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Clients using purchase orders should provide their PO number when booking.
- The booking person is responsible for full payment of the fare and any damages to the vehicle caused by their group. Legal action may be pursued in cases of deliberate damage or theft.
- Full payment is due within 7 days of the booking date unless otherwise agreed.
- Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to travel. Deposits convert to bonds on the day of travel.
- Additional waiting charges apply if the driver is kept waiting for more than 15 minutes. Waiting time is billed in 30-minute increments.
- Bonds will be fully refunded if no additional costs are incurred.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund for cancellations made 7 days or more before the booking date.
- 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 hours and 7 days before the booking date.
- No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time.
6. Limitations
Airport Taxi Rockingham and its suppliers are not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use this website, including loss of data, profit, or business interruptions. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
7. Revisions and Accuracy
